Mr. Tootsie’s in-depth knowledge of the art and craft of mixing stems from a decade spent running top cocktail bars in both Brighton and London proper. Mister T believes in what he does and brings his mastership of the art of mixology to share with you. On a personal level, Mister Tootsie considers himself a whisky fanatic and general endorser of all things shaken and stirred.

Tootsie’s background managing top end bars, clubs and restaurants (WWWater Bar, Midnight Blues, Babushka, Magnolia, Cubar and Mango) in two of the United Kingdom’s most happening cities have prepared him for his current avatar as consultant and training manager for up and coming establishments in his native India.

VIRTUAL MASTERCLASS

“Mister Tootsie’s Masterclass” is designed as a 90-min introductory session to the craft of cocktail making. It focuses on essential classics and cutting edge, signature recipes.

The class includes step-by-step instruction (including anecdotal history of liquor making, its origins and much more insight and fun facts about responsible enjoyment) and a hands-on demonstration of mixing a classic and signature cocktail. Participants will be given an opportunity to try their hand at each.
